Platinum Man was created by Jonny Aesthetic, an elite trainer and life coach with over 20 years of experience helping men reclaim control of their bodies, minds, and standards — especially during the demanding seasons of life between 30 and 55.

Jonny grew up the middle child of Jamaican immigrants who taught him relentless work ethic, sacrifice, and accountability early on. But like many driven men, discipline at work didn’t automatically translate to discipline with health. He battled weight gain, stress, and confidence issues while building his career and responsibilities.

Through bodybuilding, Jonny transformed his body — but learned a crucial lesson most men don’t discover until much later:

When stress and pressure led to weight regain, Jonny shifted his focus from motivation to structure, standards, and stress mastery.

That personal turning point became the foundation for decades of coaching real men — executives, business owners, fathers, and leaders — who were successful on paper but struggling behind the scenes.

Jonny later co‑founded Wellness Warriors, a corporate wellness company designed to integrate health, fitness, and longevity into workplace culture.

 

While the company dissolved due to misaligned partner commitment, the experience reinforced a core truth:
